Hi guys got my MBP 16" M1 Max and if i hadn't of tried dropping in a pro res file for FXP i wouldn't have figured out that my MBP has a hardware issue.
Basically my new MBP would not play any pro res files.
I had a technician from FXP remotely take over my computer to run some tests. Install some software etc.
We spent at least 2 hours doing so.
We also re installed IOS and the issue still persisted. Have had to put in for a pick up return and just get a refund.
I'm going to just stick with my 2015 iMac which still works great with no issues. Just slower of course.
