While waiting for my delivery, I was wondering whether we could manage to set up a little crowdsourced production schedule investigation over here. If you would like to participate, please follow the following steps:
1) Access your Apple Support Profile at https://supportprofile.apple.com/. If your watch is already shipping or about to do so, it should also appear in there including its serial number. Copy the serial number.
2) Walk over to the "Chipmunk Klantenservice" (I just love dutch) at http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html and enter your serial number. Chipmunk is able to decode it and read some information out of it. This includes the production week and year (check attachment for example).
3) Select your choice in the below poll or - especially if on mobile - feel free to reply to this thread.
My watch has been produced in week 16, so just last week! Anyone with a more recent date?

EDIT: Just noticed a very similar thread at https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1871264/ - sorry for that. Maybe a mod would be able to merge these two to keep the poll alive?
