actually it shows: "OctoshapeUninstaller.dmg 125KB Disk Image"

i am not sure what this is related to. can this be deleted?

I believe they have some browser plugin for viewing media, like Silverlight or Flash. Finder > Get Info usually shows where you got it from and when you downloaded it. However, as a rule of thumb: if you don’t know what it is and you are suspicious about it, then don’t open it. If you don’t think you need it, then discard it.
