that would have been just a fake flash/java website trying to make you think you were infected and trick you into downloading their antivirus software which is in fact infected.
youll notice that the page would have had a Windows interface and the infections would have been for Windows e.g. Win32.Trojan etc. and so would have no applied for Mac OS X so you are perfectly safe and theres nothing to worry about.
but be careful though tricks like this might be played on Mac users in the future. atm there is no need to use antivirus/antispyware software on a Mac.
