Checking hardware configuration

Hi!
I couldn't find it in the guide nor got satisfying results sarching on the forums.
I'm getting my first Mac and I will have to check if it has that hardware which I ordered (RAM, hdd, gfx). How to check it in Tiger? Is there anything silimar to My Computer hardware info in Windows?

If it was already answered, please link me to the thread.

Click the Apple in the upper left corner of the screen, and choose "About This Mac". That will show you a few basic details, but then clicking on "More Info..." in that window will open up System Profiler, which will show you all sorts of info about your system.
