Checking How Much Bandwith is going through my FireWire Cable?

Is it possible to see the % of bandwidth being sent through my FireWire800 Port?

I am running a daisy chain with an external hard drive and an external sound card and I wanna know if I'm maxing it out or not?

System: Macbook Pro 15" Snow Leopard 10.6.3
Firewire800 Port with External Hard Drive and Presonus Firestudio Mobile.
