Checking into places in locations without a 3G connection?

I am going to Estonia for 9 days soon.

I have an iPhone 4S and I would like to "check in" to places when I am there.

I will have no 3G connection when I am out.

Is there an app that can save GPS locations with times/dates so I can check in when I connect to Wi-Fi at a later time?

I don't mind whether this is Facebook, Foursquare etc.
