I would like to know the status of my MBP's warranty.. is there a link or somewhere I can check?

Ok this is what I got....

2. Warranty information about your product

Our records indicate that your product is covered under Apple's Limited Warranty which is estimated to expire on January 29, 2009.

I am personally not familiar with the Apple warranties yet... I'm really new here so I would like to know if it is good to keep this warranty... what does it covers and if there are any upgrades...

Thanks in advance

Your MacBook Pro comes with 90 days of telephone support and a one-year limited warranty. Purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan to extend your service and support to three years from your computer’s purchase date. Only the AppleCare Protection Plan provides you with direct telephone support from Apple technical experts and the assurance that repairs will be handled by Apple-authorized technicians using genuine Apple parts. For more information, visit Apple support or call 800-823-2775.

Direct from Apples MBP site http://www.apple.com/macbookpro/specs.html

Definitely read up on the warranty first, then ask if you have specific questions.

If you will be keeping your MacBook Pro longer than the initial 1 year covered in the limited warranty, I would suggest getting AppleCare to extend it to 3 years.

Im now happier with Apple... I purchased this MBP in the US and I live in Costa Rica... just called the local Apple Store and they say my 1 year warranty applies worldwide... That is what I call service :)
