Checking Samsung T7 SSD health

Since it's an nvme drive, drive dx can't read the SMART data, at least not on Apple Silicon. If I take it to a PC, will I be able to do it? It doesn't matter that it's formatted in APFS, right?

I would expect so. And APFS should not matter as SMART is at the USB device level.
