I am running IOS 16.1 on a iPhone 14 Pro & Ventura on a MBP & iMAC 24"

I went to check my subscriptions tonight through the app store on the phone via account/ subscriptions and got the status of cannot connect please try later; on both MACs i got a spinning circle and had to force quit app store to close it down.

Is anyone else having issues as status says all green, spent about 30 mins on phone with support but could not help, got follow up call on Friday?

regards

No issues here on either my phone or Mac running the same os versions accessing via the App Store or in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. I assume you tried the second method when you got an error with the first. What troubleshooting steps did Support ask you to do?

I’ve had spotty issues. Either screen stays blank or cannot connect message. Seems to be working right now but slower than usual to connect.

Reset network connections on the phone & sign out/ in to Apple ID, still no joy, just tried it 5 mins ago via iTunes on a W11 machine and went straight in plus seems to be working on phone and MAC now...strange as status page gave all OK?

Try:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security (or Privacy) > Location Services.
  2. Turn on Location Services (if not already ON)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list, then tap System Services.
  4. Turn OFF Networking & Wireless (or Wi-Fi Networking).
Check the Appstore.

Thanks for this. Tried it with your suggestion and without and both work for me now, hopefully just a glitch?
