CheckSite is a tool that can be used to find potential problems in HTML and CSS. When creating websites, there's a million things you need to keep in mind to make sure your website works as intended on all browsers and devices. Rather than checking all possible combinations manually, CheckSite will warn you about HTML and CSS constructs that may cause problems. You can then use this information to decide if you want to fix those issues, check manually how big the impact is, or choose to ignore them.
In additional to browser compatibility, the checks also include areas like localisation/internationalisation, search engine optimisation, and accessibility. CheckSite will automatically follow links, so that it checks all pages in your website.
CheckSite has been around for a few years now, and is available both from the Mac App Store and as a "old style" downloadable version. The advantage of the latter is that we can offer a trial version, which unfortunately is not possible in the App Store.
