Maybe someone can help me:
My son has an iPhone 6 on iOS 12
I have an iPhone 13 on iOS 17
His phone has screen time controls enabled so he can only access certain apps and such. Up until last month he could do the usual thing of clicking on his photo in the App Store to download previous purchases via family sharing. Now that image has vanished and he no longer has access.
I haven’t changed any settings in screen time in that time. To be sure I’ve been into the Content and Privacy Settings and switched the Allow switches off and on again and rebooted everything but nothing seems to have worked. The thing is I seem to recall it happening with my oldest sons iPhone some years back and I managed to sort it but cannot remember how.
Help?
