Can I set up Internet tethering on my unlocked iPhone 4 with the new iOS 4.3 on the china mobile network? I have the proper cmnet network setting but do not see tethering as an option under settings. China mobile is not the official carrier for iPhone in china but the phone works fine on the china mobile edge system.
