Chinese-English dictionary included?

I am studying Chinese and am considering to buy a Chinese-English dictionary on my Mac. Apple said that Mountain Lion would come with a Chinese dictionary. Is the dictionary just in Chinese, or is there also a Chinese-English one? If there is a Chinese-English dictionary, does it have Cantonese in addition to Mandarin romanization?

It's just in Mandarin Chinese.
