Chinese-English pop-up translation for SAFARI?

On Firefox I have this cool add-on which whenever you hover with your mouse over a Chinese character, it will pop up its definition.

Is there any such thing for Safari? I've found LiveDictionary, which is apparently payable though ($25), plus it apparently includes less definitions than the FF add-on; are there any free equivalents?
