Chinese food 'made from cardboard'

This so makes me want to avoid China. The worst part is with cities left and right in the USA slashing their food inspection services, this may not be too far around the corner.

Wow, that's crazy. Not completely unexpected, but crazy to know. I can't believe that would trick the "average" Chinese person. You think they'd be able to notice it. Does make you wonder about eating out in the US, especially since I consider myself an "average" person as well.
