Chirping sound coming from Processor core PowerMacG5

The G5 is making a weird chirping sound. not sure where its coming from, but i know its not the hard drive.
from what i know, only the early generation single processor G5's had this issue, so I'm confused as to why a Dual CPU model wound do this. it is very annoying and hard to listen to.

Any ideas?
