chomp SMS not sending MMS

Anybody using Chomp SMS? being a jailbreaker back in the days it was great to see a familiar app (bitesms) however, I cannot get MMS sending to work no matter what I try. I'm on AT&T and can't send any MMS messages not even small pictures. I'm new to android having just jumped on the Note 7 wagon so I'm at a loss here but really love and want to use this app.

I saw this online and tried it but no dice

In chompSMS go to Settings > MMS > MMS behaviour > Change to Legacy (if set to System) > enable/toggle on Manually Configure APN > Enter the APNs stated below, must be exact.

MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS Port : 80

Send size limit must be 1MB in chomp settings > MMS > Send size limit.

Pls check prefer wifi in chomp settings > MMS (if your sending over wifi only).
