Recently, I am on research of how to choose keywords wisely in order to make my app ranks top by searching bar on Mac App store. But there is few article after searching with Google, but some for iPhone App store written 1 or 2 years ago. From those articles about iPhone, search result is related to app title, description, and keywords you set. Practice is the measure of truth. After testing for many many times, following items will be seen as keywords:
1. App title
2. keywords that you set an your app form.
3. Note: any word on your app description can not be viewed as keywords.

What's the relation between the search rank and keywords?
1. Title is the first. If your title is absolutely matched with what your input, your app will be rank 1st.
2. If not 1, the search result is depending on your rank on "Top paid" and "Top grossing".

According to above, how to choose proper or popular keywords and how to arrange them to App title and keywords will be an important factor for your app rank.
