Chooser on Tiger Server

typically with "Go">"Connect To Server", my shares are mounted at the sharepoint

however with chooser (classic), i can mount ALL root partitions with r/w privileges

i am admin

users only see sharepoints (phew!)

am i forgetting what was standard stuff durring the classic era?
