choosing a bluetooth profile

I'm not a big fan of the whole hands free thing. Because I would rather just hold my phone up to my ear and not have the entire car hearing my conversation. However, I love streaming music to my car radio with the a2dp profile.

Is there a way to enable only certain bluetooth profiles?
