Choosing gfx chip when using BootCamp or virtualization?

So it seems that the new MBPs' graphics switching is done by OSX. Does anyone know for certain if both graphics devices will be visible and available to choose from in, say, a bootcamped Windows 7 installation?

And I'm assuming that for virtualization, it will still be managed by OSX. Can anyone in the know comment?
