Choosing iMac

Iam going to sell my iMac 24in in few days its a mid 2007 model older core2 duo ones. Im selling it becaus the 24in is way too bright for my wording processing stuff and the new models come with LED so Im thinking of getting a new 21.5 in iMac but afraid that new model one come with new design. Any advice if I should wait or go for the current model, any rumors recently when the new one arrives?
 
Like every 4th post in the iMac section of this forum; the current iMac was refreshed midway through this year so going by that the new one wont be out until maybe Q2 next year.
