Choosing Mail account based on recipient

I have to think this is not a unique problem, I want to be able to set up mail to always send messages to certain people with a certain account. For example I send frequent messages to google voice and if I dont send them from my google address they dont go through. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to set this up so I don't have to remember to change the "from" field every time?
