I was thinking to get a new case off Amazon for my iPhone 4S. But I can't find anything good. Can anyone help me find something nice? I want something with an Apple logo cutout (but NOT an Otterbox).

You can find the Elago Slimfit on Elago's Amazon store for about 13 bucks including shipping. It's a great looking case. Very slim so it feels pretty much like the naked phone in your hand and offers scratch protection for the back. The matte version adds some extra grip for your hand as well.
I own the Slimfit 2 which is the same case but without the Apple logo cutout (hate those cases).

I don't use a screen protector, but love just a bumper. In fact, I just bought three from Amazon for under $3 each. The quality is comparable to Apple's bumper. I may even like these better than Apple's. My Apple bumper actually began to fall apart near the headphone input.

This one works great. Just because it is cheap doesn't mean it is made of bad quality.

I've never bought anything under $15 including shipping. SGP Modello is the cheapest case that I've bought. If you search eBay, you would get tons of cheap cases, but if you are thinking spending more than that, Modello might be a good choice. it's one of the best case that I have at an affordable price.
