Choppy dock?

Is it me or the Dock is a bit choppy? It's the only thing that's laggy for me. But oddly, the minimising animation is smoother than SL.

Strange...simple question but I have to ask, have you restarted your Mac?

Have you tried a different minimizing animation?

How much RAM and Video Memory has your Mac got?

No, not the Dock itself but the icon magnification animation is a bit laggy.

My dock has a habit of its appearance freezing when my mouse leaves it, which is a nuisance when in full-screen mode, where it sits there at the bottom with the magnification.

I had a major delay making the dock appear when using a full screen app. I had to jiggle the cursor a couple of times every time I wanted to see the dock. Another of the many reasons I'm back on SL.
