Choppy/laggy mouse in osx

So ive got an old ms arc mouse that says right on the box (compatible with mac/osx)

Weird thing is, the mouse is utter **** in osx, works find in bootcamp, installed mouse drivers as well in osx, didnt work.

Its kinda hard to explain, but its like the mouse stutters, and stops and lags from time to time, tried it with 3 other pcs today, no problem.

I have read on apple support forums, and it seems people are having problems aswell, also with apple mouses.

So any fix for this? kinda sad to play sc2 beta with a mouse that lags/stutters like hell.

I haven't experienced this problem with my mouses. I just recently purchased my MBP13" and grabbed a 29 dollar bluetooth mouse on sale. It would great and I have no issues. Are you using a bluetooth model? If you are still having issues I would purchase a wired mouse.

I am not familiar with the mouse you stated so forgive me if it is any of the above.

Try not use the drivers, but the built in ones.

I've never had problems with other mices.
