Choppy Scrolling in rMBP 13 inch

I cannot. I don't have a 13" rMBP and I have never zoomed in on a webpage in Safari. Sorry.
that might not be a problem of retina macbook..............might be a problem of mount lion
Did you try the nightly build yet?
Open Activity Monitor and select All Processes and then sort by CPU to show you the process(es) slowing down your Mac when scrolling.

This use to happen on mine when I first got it. It seems to have disappeared for the most part. It still happens occasionally.
