Choppy Video When Compressed...Quicktime Movie is fine, Quicktime Conversion No-Go

Hey all,

I filmed a video this weekend and am having a strange issue. I have FCE 3.5 (old I know). When I save the video using the uncompressed "Quicktime Movie" option, the final file plays just fine with no lag, no chopiness, etc...

However, I have tried several options when exporting with Quicktime Conversion and I just can't seem to produce a file that plays as smoothly as the big original file.

I even used the settings recommended by Vimeo for FCP, as well as those for Mpeg Streamclip, but with apparently no benefit.

Any ideas?

Mods can close/delete. Naturally, the next settings I tried after posting worked perfectly!
