Chose which connection App uses?

Hello, here is my problem.

I have a wireless router that is not used for a net connection but just used to make a simple network for a wireless printer with another pc too. When i turn the wireless on applications such as Whatsapp will lose connection until i turn it off so it reverts to 3G. Now its not too much of a problem to swipe and turn wifi back on and off in sbsettings however i like to connect to wifi through the city if it pops up while i'm on the phone and sometimes i forget wifi is turned off.

Here is the question - Is there an JB app that will let me pick what network an app uses so for example i can select whatsapp and pick for it to always use the phone connection.
