Chrome 68.0.3440.106 problems in 10.14 ß7 & 8

Has anyone else noticed how Chrome has problems with the checkboxes now with Mojave?

Example from Mozilla - Using checkbox inputs:

Almost ALL checkboxes now in Chrome 68.0.3440.106 function like the above example.

However, I found a peculiar exception from W3.org's Checkbox Example (Two State) where it does still seem to work - BUT NOTE, this is not the norm for most sites:

Interesting bug. Chrome had some bugs earlier in the betas related to these boxes but I haven't seen them again. I'm on the current beta and I don't have this problem, so it may not be universal.

@benthewraith It's there but only appears on 100% zoom, going higher or lower will fix that issue. It's been like that since the beginning, I believe, and I hope they fix it in the final release of Mojave.

It's very possible it's a bug in Chrome rather than in Mojave.
