Chrome Canary Popups in Fullscreen Mode

There's an issue with Chrome Canary when you are in Fullscreen mode where the popups aren't placed in a new tab like Safari does (only in Fullscreen mode). This is fine if you are in the current desktop but once you switch to another space/desktop and navigated back to Canary, that popup is inaccessible. It'll only be accessible if you pull out of fullscreen mode.

Anybody else see notice this issue?
