Chrome: Downloaded File Appears to Still Be Downloading

When downloading a file in Chrome, and it finishes, the file's icon on my desktop still appears as if it is still downloading (with the download bar along the bottom of the file-icon).

Anyone else experiencing this problem? Thanks.
