iPad Chrome extensions on iPad?

Does anyone know if this is possible? Stuff like YouTube ad blocker and all would be amazing. I tried to google it but can't seem to find anything related to jail breaking and extensions for chrome.

There will never be extensions for iOS Chrome. iOS Chrome is still Webkit, like Safari, but with a Chrome skin.

Chrome is webkit too ... has always been that way, on windows, on mac os, on linux ... on .... iPAD.

Maybe the reason for the lack of extensions is because Chrome for iPad is still in an early development stage. It will get better, more stable and more extensible.

But it could be that Apple prohibits the use of extensions like adblockers. Than these extensions will never come, at least not without jailbreak.

But the iPad's version of WebKit is highly locked down and many of it's APIs are hidden or removed from third party applications.
