Chrome + Facebook chat + Quicktime popup

I have an annoying issue with Facebook chat and Chrome... whenever someone initiates a chat with me, I get a Quicktime popup box saying that "Quicktime needs additional components", and giving me a link to download additional components... but it doesn't say which one I need...

anyone have any advice?

I have the same issue in Chrome. I doesn't happen often, since I use Adium for Facebook Chat.
