Chrome for mac not showing menu in start page in top right corner??

Hi guys,

Chrome is supposed to show menus in top right corner with google plus link, google apps link with 9 dots icon, profile image, etc in the startup page, but it's just blank. But I tried reinstalling chrome, and when I FIRST open it up, it showed the menus, but after that one time, it is gone again. It was gone right after I opened another tab. Anyone know how to enable it?? I can't find in setting.
