I've noticed this 3 times - Chrome hangs when downloading a large setup file of size about 1GB and just doesn't proceed after a certain point.

If I cancel it, the partial download gets deleted. If I just let it be, the download just hangs and shows 0 B/s speed. It's really so frustrating. Is there any known fix for this?

Tried googling for it but no solution found yet. Is there any workaround?
