Chrome Incognito windows are no longer independent?

I noticed recently that one incognito window of Chrome is no longer independent from another? Meaning that if I'm logged into Gmail in one, opening another Incognito window will share the cookies, and if I go to Gmail, it'll load up the account logged in in the other window. That's a sad feature to lose :(. Anyone else experiencing this?
