Anyone on the latest Chrome and MacOS 15.4.1 can test if you are having the same issue. Steps:
1. Open Chrome
2. Open a new private window by pressing
Cmd +Shift+N
3. Press Cmd+H to hide the app
4. Open Chrome again and go to app expose, the other window is blank like on this image
Also, when going back to Chrome after using Cmd+H, there is a small flickering.

Both windows came back perfectly for me. Sounds like something may be interfering on your Mac, a utility, extension or something maybe?
