I used to be able to change which bookmarks are syncing from which google account. It is described in this support document:

Change the Google Account where your info is saved
When you switch your sync account, all your bookmarks, history, passwords, and other synced info will be copied to your new account.
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app
    Chrome
    .
  2. Tap More
    More
    and then
    Settings.
  3. Tap your name.
  4. Tap Sync.
  5. Under "Sync to," tap the account you want to sync to or add a new account.
  6. Choose Combine my data.
If you want to keep your data separate, tap Keep my data separate. The data on the device is removed and replaced with the other account's data.

However, I don't seem to see this option anymore. Has it been removed?
