Chrome play video crashes

My computer is macbook pro 16
When I use chrome to watch online videos,such as youtube or Netflix
the screen to freeze from time to time (the sound continues to play but the screen is stuck)

The entire computer is freezed (the touchpad and keyboard does not respond)
Every time crashed for 5 to 10 seconds
Very annoying.....

The automatic graphics switching has been turned off but this problem without solution......

Later, I restore factory setting, but it didn’t take long to be the same ...
Chrome and macos are the latest versions

I've had issues with Chrome and Netflix on my Macbook too (pink or white lines randomly and computer completely frozen).

Can you try to Disable Hardware Acceleration in Chrome and try if it helps ?
