Chrome scrolling broken since upgrading to Mavericks

I updated to Mavericks yesterday and only issue so far I encountered is in Google Chrome, scrolling works for few minutes but then it does not. Not able to scroll using trackpad on Google Chrome , unless I restart Chrome. Only way to score is with keyboard.

How to solve this or where to get this solved from?
