I like Safari and use it on my Windows PC's as well as my 2010 MBA 11". However since I upgraded to Lion I have had too many problems of holding an internet connection, slow log ons, etc. Nothing to do with my ISP or router as my Windows Netbook sitting next to it has no problem, but happens to be running Chrome as I only use it for Quicken so have not changed over.

However I decided to install and use Chrome on the MBA, and all the problems have gone. No drop outs, much quicker at connecting on startup, and more responsive when opening pages.

There is a good chance that this is just a problem with my laptop/setup, as I would think that Safari is the most widely used browser on the Mac and most of you have no problems with it. However if you do have similar problems to mine, it may be worth trying.
