Chrome stays in dock after removal, Safari won't stay in dock, and more!

Hi, I've been having the following problems with the following applications:

Google Chrome:

• Will stay in the dock after I remove it from the dock.
• Will stay as the defult bowser (see Safari proplems).

Safari:

• Will not be a defut bowser after closing. (Switch from Chrome to Safari, then turn off Safari and then it will be chroome as the defult bowser.
• Will not save passwords, usernames, and keeps asking for acess for keychain. (eg. google, YouTube, fourm.yugiohcardmaker.net ect. ect.)
• Will not stay in dock. I have to goto apps then I can use Safari.

iTunes:

• Makes me agree to the software agreement everytime I open it up.

These are VERY annoying! Please help!
