Chrome Video Problem

I am having an issue with the latest version of Chrome for Mac OS X Snow Leopard.

I don't have any extensions running, but every time I try to watch any flash video, the video doesn't show but you can hear the sound.

Any solutions?

I switched Youtube to HTML5 for now, but would like a solution for Flash video.
