Something strange is happening in Chrome. One of my windows always seems to default itself to a fixed vertical size that runs off the bottom of my Macbook Pro screen. I can resize it horizontally, but if I try to move the window down, it snaps back to the top of the screen. I can't get to the bottom of the screen to try and resize it vertically since it’s running off the screen. Even if I restart the mac and chrome, it goes back to doing it. Even if I close that window and start a fresh window, the new one will eventually start doing it. But it only does it with one of my Chrome windows. The rest work as they should.

Ok, just after posting this I figured it out. For some reason it doesn't like me pinning either Google News or Gmail. Once I unpin either of those and move the window around a bit it eventually stops snapping to the top, stops overflowing the screen and lets me resize it in all directions. How strange.

BTW this is under Mojave 10.14.16 using Chrome 84.0.4147.89
The latest of each.
