Hello all,

I am at a loss, and getting desperate. All of a sudden, and for no reason, Chrome has decided it does not want to print to anything when using the System Dialogue.

I need to use the System Dialogue, because both my printers have multiple paper trays that I need to select from.

I am on OS 15.1. Up have removed and reinstalled drivers, reset chrome to factory, and updated all the apps and OS - Still the problem persists.

I have tried the Chrome support forums for the last week with no answers. I am desperate.

Any clues?

Cheers
J

Can you still print to PDF? If so, print to PDF then use another program to print to printer until you can find a fix.

I can print to PDF as that does not use the System Dialogue. Problem is, I am printing student certificates, and address labels, every day. Double handling like that is a nightmare. Right now I am using Safari, which is working fine! Just need to get Chrome fixed.

If you print over network, including WiFi, open the Settings app and go to "Privacy & Security" -> "Local Network". Check if "Google Chrome" is enabled.

If it's disabled, Chrome won't be able to connect to local network, but can still visit Internet.

Quit Chrome. Disable Local Network toggle. Restart. Re-enable Local Network toggle. Launch Chrome.
