Chromium binaries or nightly builds?

Does anyone here use Chromium rather than Google Chrome? If so, do you use nightly builds or binaries?

I am leaning towards using binaries... how often would you recommend updating the binary? (Once a week, every month, etc...)


If you prefer building Chromium nightly, why?

I use the Chrome developer build, but not Chromium. The nightlies of Chromium are mainly for developers and shouldn't be used for daily browsing since its buggy.
