hi, Im web designer, the cinema display is good for photo editing? I want perfection in color management, I know that I will need calibrate good the cinema etc... but is a pro monitor or is just fashion?

any expert here?
thanks!!!

The Anandtech review says it gets 85% color gamut after calibration, meanwhile the Dell 27 inch ultrasharp gets about 95% color gamut. The issue with the Apple is that it uses white LEDs instead of using RGB ones. It limits the color space slightly. The Dell uses CCFL instead of LED, which means it results in better color gamut.

On the other hand the Apple really wins with the LED and glossy because you end up with better contrast and brightness. So it depends on what you need. Personally 85% is pretty good in my mind, but like I said it really depends on what you need.

Check out the Anandtech review, it goes over the color accuracy pretty well.

for this chapter "Color Management" but is soooo technical for me, I need help.

Color Management
Colors can appear lighter or darker, more or less saturated, cooler or warmer, or just plain wrong depending on the user’s environment. This can be quite a problem, especially with a client’s brand-specific colors. As Web designers, our responsibility is to ensure that the experiences we craft are as true to the original as possible.

you can help me, I can show the entire chapter of the book ;)

thank you!
