I have a 30" CD powered by a 7800 GT. A few days ago the screen started to show green 'grain static' on various parts of the screen. When I turn the screen off and back on the grain is gone but it tends to come back after a while. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Have any ideas on why? I've had it for a little over a month now.

It's probably obvious, but is it plugged in firmly? A loose connection can make all sorts of strange tinges. :)

I'm guessing it doesn't come up in a screen shot too.

Ok i tried what you suggested and it still does it. This time though it went full screen and well was offensive. I was able to take camera pics so you can see what I'm talking about but not to the full degree.

First is before I turned it off TWICE.
Second is when its back to normal.
